Casting Director (Pre-Production):
As Casting Director for this capstone production, I oversaw the full casting process from materials to final decisions, in collaboration with the Casting Assistant. I designed and distributed casting call materials, consolidated actor submissions, and managed correspondence with actors, relying on our Casting Assistant for Backstage submissions. From there, I selected and scheduled callback sessions, guiding actors through direction while facilitating input from the Producer and Casting Assistant. Ultimately, I made the final casting decisions, updated the contact sheet with the full cast, and handled all follow-up communication with both selected actors and those passed on.
